What is mindfulness practice? How can this practice bring you more peace, productivity, and creativity in your life? Through the approach of guided mindfulness meditation and creative practice, explore a new way to center and focus on what it really means to live in the moment. Students are asked to bring a mat or comfy floor cushion to class, chairs will be provided for those who wish to have seated meditation. Each session will host a guided meditation and a creative activity to activate and nurture mind, body, and spirit.
If you are not able attend all sessions, drop-in guests can join in for $20 at the time of class.
Additional $10 materials fee. Teens/Adults
