So you’ve been stuck inside and there isn’t all that much to do. You’ve been scrolling and staring at the phone much more than usual. On Sunday (March 29th), iPhone users got their weekly Screen Time alerts, which prompted a surge of people posting on social media about how the pandemic has driven their time way up. Some Twitter users shared screenshots showing their phone use going up by more than 200 percent since entering self isolation. Others chimed in claiming to be “disgusted” by their phone use and recommended that people take a digital detox from their devices.
